Bring our chef into the comfort of your own home and let us teach you how to make (almost) any meal in a fun and informative way. We are fully insured for your safety and can use the knowledge we have accrued from our many years in foodservice and culinary school to expand even the most seasoned cooks repertoire. It cant be all about the learning though, it has to be fun! While we teach our focus is on entertaining you and your guests, we will show up with snacking food (and drinking drinks!). And the adults don't get to have all the fun, great for birthday parties of all (most) ages. Some examples to whet your appetite:
- Wine and cheese- start the evening with cheese and charcuterie (and wine) as we learn to cook dishes that will compliment our wine selections for that evening. Dinner can be based on regionality and terroir, or your own personal tastes. We can make up to 3 courses with the level of participation being up to you. Includes guided wine and cheese tasting. Also available with beer!
- Bake your own Birthday cake- great for kids! Get some hands on experience mixing and creating in the kitchen with a bake-it-from-scratch birthday cake, many options to mix up your own flavors and ingredients to make the cake all your own. Includes guided icing and all sorts of creative freedom
- Slime time- Another "kid friendly" option, with anything from completely edible marshmallow "slime" to the sticky gooey "gak" style slime of our youth. This brings ample opportunities for creativity and hands-on science for little kids and young adults alike.
- Home cooking together - fresh ingredients made into crowd pleasers with the help of the whole family. Classic family meals made fresh and with advanced techniques to elevate them to the next level. Happy to answer all the questions, and do all the dishes for you while you enjoy your home cooked meal!
- Artisanal baking- a variety of classic breads and confections can be yours at home with the assistance of our seasoned baker. Learn different techniques from preferments and sourdoughs to laminations and pastry sauce making.
